MARC High Frequency
- This oscillating current is used for skin treatment for its Germicidal and Anti-Bacterial effects. Direct high frequency is an external application, which dries any surface oiliness, refines the skin and has a germicidal effect through the ozone formation produced on the skin’s surface. Indirect high frequency passes through the tissues and produces a stimulating, anti-congestive effect, with no chemical formation on the tissues. Electrodes have been given different shapes like – Mushroom, Bud, Duck and Comb so as to make each one suitable for a particular treatment.
